Getting started

How do I schedule my first call?

Dashboard → Parents → Add a parent → fill in their phone number (E.164 format, e.g. +821012345678) and pick a language → choose days and a time on the same form. The first call goes out within 5 minutes of the next matching time window.

My parent didn't answer. What happens?

We retry once after 15 minutes, then once more after 45 minutes. If they still don't answer, we email you and leave a gentle suggestion to nudge them on KakaoTalk or text. We never harass.

Can I do a test call to my own number first?

Yes, and it's recommended. Set your own phone as a parent profile temporarily, click 'Call now' from the parent page, and the AI will call you. Helps you hear the voice and confirm it sounds right before launching with your real parent.

About the calls

What does the AI sound like?

Soft, warm, native in the parent's language. We use Typecast (Korean), with similar quality for English/Spanish/Japanese/Mandarin. Listen to a sample on the landing page.

Does my parent need an app?

No. Their normal phone rings. They answer like any phone call.

How long is each call?

Typically 5-10 minutes. You can set a hard cap in Parent → Settings.

What if my parent says something concerning?

We run a safety pass on every call. If we detect distress, pain, falls, or anything urgent, we send an immediate alert to the family, not just the regular summary.

Summaries & alerts

Where do summaries go?

Per recipient: email, SMS, WhatsApp, or KakaoTalk (KakaoTalk is Korean-only). Each family member picks their own channel in Recipients.

How fast do I get an alert if something's wrong?

Within about 60 seconds of the call ending. Alerts arrive via SMS by default, the same channel as urgent texts.

Billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Settings → Billing → Cancel. No charges next cycle. The free tier never auto-charges.

Refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of your first paid period, no questions asked. After that, prorated refunds at our discretion. Just email us.
